What happens if I need more hours?
My packages are completely flexible. We will be keeping in touch along our journey to see how your hours get utilised. Should you require more hours, we can chat about upgrading you to a higher package that may suit your needs better. Please note that unutilised hours do not rollover into the new month.
Do we sign a contract when working together?
Absolutely! Please note that I do not commence work until we have both signed my Virtual Assistant contract. This is to ensure that we are both protected on our working journey together.
How will you know how to action my tasks?
One of the key parts of our journey together is for us to setup an onboarding call before work commences. On this call, we will be discussing the various ways in which you like your tasks to be done, current systems and processes that are in place and any problems you may be currently experiencing in your business. This call will ensure that I know how you like things done and how best to assist you.
How do I know which services would be right for my business?
Decide what your business needs most in terms of what difficulties you are experiencing on a daily basis to ensure you achieve a balance in your business. Since you have many important business functions to oversee, admin should not be one of them. Review my services page here to see what services I can assist with.
